Learn more about the coffee culture visiting a traditional coffee farm where you experience the entire coffee process (from the seed to the cup) , then get your adrenaline pumping with an amazing canyoning (waterfall rappelling) through the sacred waters of the Santa Rita natural reserve.

What you can expect!
Day 1
- 7:30 AM
- Cocora Valley
- 7:30 a.m: We met in our office
- 7:40 am: Travel by vehicle from Salento to Cocora Valley
- 8:20 a.m: Start the walk (6 Km) to the wax palm forest over the 2.400 m.a.s.l
Day 1
- 1:30 PM
- Salento
- 12:00 p.m: We back to the Car to Salento
- 12:30: Lunch time
- 1:30 p.m: Start the cooffee tour
- 4:30 p.m: Finish our day 1
Day 2
- 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
- Cocora Valley
- 7:00 a.m: Breakfast in Salento
- 7:30 am: Go by car to the Natural reserve
- 8:00 a.m: Walk through the forest to get the river
- 9:30 a.m: Start to descend through the river.
- 11: 30 a.m Rappelling in the waterfall
- 1:00 p.m: Back to Salento to finish our adventure
